Pricing and payment
Why are your websites so affordable?
We're a focused studio with a refined process and low overheads, and we work with clients worldwide from India. You get senior-level strategy and design without big-agency costs.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth and Premium?
Starter is a one-page website with up to 4 sections and 5 images. Growth is a 5-page website with up to 20 images. Premium is a 10-page website with up to 30 images and a video hero banner on the home page.
When do I pay?
After you've reviewed your complete website on a private preview link and you're delighted with it. Then we launch it on your domain.
What if I'm not delighted?
You walk away and owe nothing. We'd rather earn your payment than ask for it upfront.
Are there ongoing fees?
Our package price covers designing and building your website. Your domain name and hosting are paid to your own providers, and you own the site.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes. We quote in US dollars, British pounds, euros, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, Swedish kronor, UAE dirhams and Malaysian ringgit.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?
Yes. Many clients start with Starter or Growth and add pages as the business grows.
Process and timing
How long does it take to build my website?
Standard websites are typically ready for review within 7–10 days of receiving your content, such as your logo, service details and photos.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo if you have one, a short description of your services and customers, any photos you'd like to use, and your contact details. We'll send a simple checklist.
How do we communicate?
By email, WhatsApp and video call, whichever suits you. Kirti is available 8 AM–9 PM India time, which overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe, evenings in Australia and late evenings in North America.
What happens after launch?
You own your website. If you need changes later, we can make them quickly. Just message us.
Can you use my existing domain?
Yes. We launch on your existing domain and hosting, or help you set them up if you're starting fresh.

Will my website show up on Google and in AI search?
Every Pixexa site is built with descriptive page titles, structured data (schema), question-led headings, internal links, image descriptions and fast load times. These help Google, Bing and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews understand and recommend your business.
What is AI search optimisation (AIO)?
AI search optimisation means structuring your website so AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can understand it and cite it. That means clear answers to common questions, structured data, descriptive headings and trustworthy business details.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No honest agency can guarantee rankings. We build every site with strong technical and on-page SEO foundations, which give you the best possible start.
How fast will my website be?
We target a Google PageSpeed score of 95+ on mobile and desktop by using modern image formats, minimal code and no heavy page builders.

Yes. Pixexa works with small businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Sweden, the UAE and Malaysia. We work remotely by email, WhatsApp and video call.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
No. Pixexa focuses on websites for service businesses and professional firms that generate enquiries, bookings and calls, rather than online stores.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once paid, the website, its content and your domain belong to you.
Which platform do you build on?
We build lightweight, hand-coded websites that load fast and are secure, rather than heavy page builders. Custom projects can use other platforms if needed.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild your current site with a stronger structure, content and design, keeping your domain and any search rankings you've earned.
