Last updated: 13 October 2026. This website is operated by Hotkhana.com Media Services Pvt Ltd ("Pixexa", "we"), India.
What we collect
When you send our enquiry form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen package and message. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, provide our services and keep records of our work with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your preferred currency locally so prices show correctly on your next visit.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are delivered by email through our hosting provider, Hostinger, and stored in our email system. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, normally no more than three years if no project follows.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing kirti@pixexa.com. If you're in the UK, EU or another region with data protection laws, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
