Terms and the delighted guarantee

Pay when you're delighted

This limited-time offer applies to our Starter, Growth and Premium packages.

1. There is no upfront payment. We design and build your complete website on a private preview link.
2. You supply your content (such as logo, service details and photos) within 14 days of kickoff, so we can keep your project on schedule.
3. Two rounds of revisions on the preview are included. Further changes can be quoted separately.
4. When you're delighted, you pay the agreed package price, and we then launch the website on your domain.
5. If you decide you're not delighted, you can end the project and owe nothing. The design, code and preview remain Pixexa's and will not be launched.
6. The package price covers design and build. Domain names, hosting and third-party services are paid to their providers.
7. Custom projects are not covered by this offer and follow the payment terms in their proposal.
8. We take on a limited number of pay-when-delighted projects at a time and may withdraw or change this offer for new projects.

Ownership

Once your package is paid in full, you own your website's content and code, and the right to use the design.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any content, logos, photos and text you supply, and that it complies with laws and professional rules that apply to your business.

After launch

We fix any defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Later changes are quoted at fair rates.
